Registration for Authors
For each accepted paper (for each track: research, in-use, track, demo, poster, workshop, evaluation challenge),
at least one author needs to have a regular (i.e., non-student) registration.
This regular registration should be done
before Sept 7, 2025, to have their paper included in
the conference proceedings. If you have multiple accepted papers, each paper must have a separate
regular (i.e., non-student) registration.

*: Student registrations include everything included in the corresponding non-student registrations, however students will be requested to upload a valid student card or a corresponding student certificate during the registration process.
Covered Services
Regular and student registration types include:
- Admission to a very strong technical program comprising technical sessions, keynotes, tutorials, and specialized workshops.
- Coffee breaks from Wed Oct 15 to Fri Oct 17.
- Lunches from from Wed Oct 15 to Fri Oct 17.
For those registered only as presenters at the PhD/Post-doctoral symposium, lunches are not included.

Cancellation Policy
The registrations are binding and non-refundable.
According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration
if you cannot attend the conference or the social event.
Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the
same organisation without any extra charge.
Depending on the duration and purpose of your journey to Greece, you may apply for a short-term “Schengen visa”.
